How Long Does It Take?

We're realistic about timeframes because we know most UK business owners need to see results without waiting forever.

Here's how long things typically take once we've agreed the scope and you've signed off the deposit. These are real-world estimates based on actual projects we've delivered, not best-case wishful thinking.

Micro Site​

One-page modern responsive site (contact form + live human chat + basic SEO) Timeframe: 5-7 working days Why so quick? It's small, focused, and we've got templates and systems already in place for this exact type of job.

Essential Site​

Up to 5 pages, enhanced forms, easy self-updates, full handover Timeframe: 2-3 weeks What affects it? Usually the only variable is how quickly you can send us your photos, text and logo. The sooner we get those, the faster we go.

Starter Site​

Premium design, advanced SEO, live human chat system, full training Timeframe: 4-6 weeks What affects it? Content gathering (your copy, images, testimonials) and any feedback rounds. We build fast, but we don't rush sign-off.

Growth App​

Full web or mobile app (one codebase), admin dashboard, user accounts, payments ready Timeframe: 8-10 weeks What affects it? Complexity of features (e.g. bookings vs simple portal) and how many rounds of testing/feedback you want. We keep momentum with weekly check-ins.

Full Product​

Custom web + mobile + integrations, security audit, ongoing priority support Timeframe: 10-12 weeks (sometimes 14 if very complex) What affects it? Scope creep (we're strict on this) and third-party integrations (e.g. Stripe, Xero, custom APIs). We plan buffers so we don't miss deadlines.

General notes on timing​

  • We only start the clock once deposit is paid and all your content/assets are in our hands.
  • We work in short sprints with regular check-ins so you can see progress and give feedback early.
  • Most delays come from waiting on client decisions or content, not from us sitting around.
  • If you need something faster than these estimates, talk to us upfront. We can sometimes prioritise or simplify scope.

We're a small team, so we don't take on more work than we can deliver properly. That's why our timelines are honest and we actually stick to them.
