If you're a solid, experienced developer (Frontend, Backend or Full-Stack) and you'd like to work on interesting UK client projects with us, here's how it works:
What We Look For
- Real experience building modern websites or apps (Next.js, React, React Native, Node, etc.)
- Clean, maintainable code you're proud to show
- Good communication, and you can explain things clearly without jargon overload
- UK-based (or happy working UK hours)
- Reliable and organised, because we need people who hit deadlines without constant chasing
We don't care about degrees, bootcamps or years-on-the-job badges. We care about what you can actually build and how easy you are to work with.
The Process (Quick & Straightforward)
- Fill in the form: takes about 5-10 minutes. Tell us about your skills, availability, rate and drop links to your best work (GitHub, live sites, portfolio, whatever shows real projects).
- Quick skills check: we'll send a practical task (usually 2-4 hours max) so we can see your code in action. No LeetCode puzzles or trick questions.
- Short chat: 20-30 minute video call with one of us to talk through your experience, what you enjoy building, and whether we've got projects that fit.
- If it's a match: we'll add you to our small trusted circle. When a project comes in that suits your skills, we'll reach out with details (scope, timeline, budget). You decide yes/no, no pressure.
