At NinjaDevs we're a small crew based in the UK that builds decent websites and mobile apps for ordinary businesses, the sort that actually help you get more customers through the door, take orders more easily, or just stop wasting time on clunky old systems.

We're not here to sell you the moon. We just want to make things that:

• look sharp and work smoothly whether someone's on their phone in the pub or at a desk
• load quickly so people don't give up and go to your competitor
• are straightforward to change or add to later without starting from scratch
• come with a fixed price so you know exactly what you're paying before we start

How we keep it sensible:

• One main developer looks after your job from beginning to end
• You get proper updates in normal English every week, with no 40-page reports full of jargon
• We talk about what your business actually needs right now, not what's fashionable on Hacker News this month
• If something useful fits (like basic Google ranking help or a live chat that a real person answers), we'll mention it, but only if it makes sense for you
